General Description:
The High School Dean will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of the high school faculty, staff, curriculum, students, and programs. The Dean will be directly accountable to the Principal.

Qualifications:

• A born-again Christian, actively pursuing and developing a Christ-like quality of life consistent with a biblical perspective.
• Demonstration of skill in leadership, administrative management and interpersonal relations with faculty, staff, parents and students.
• Prefer three to five years of classroom teaching experience in a Christian school environment.  Administrative experience is a plus. 

Responsibilities:

• Teach classes as assigned by the Principal. 
• Work to create a cooperative spirit among staff members and keep morale high by demonstrating a servant leadership attitude.
• Supervise, coach and counsel teachers to maintain high academic and professional standards. 
• Gather and assess data on student achievement to direct actions for improvement. 
• Oversee high school student culture related to classroom management, discipline, and community events. 
• Collaborate to plan and assign daily and special schedules and duties for teachers and students. 
• Lead the planning and preparation of the annual high school retreat.
• Other duties as assigned by the Principal.

We are seeking a full-time middle school teacher who can provide excellent instruction for 6th, 7th, and 8th language arts and potentially one section of middle school history (grade level TBD).  To apply, please follow the link to the Classroom Teacher Application.

The ideal candidate possesses the following: 

• A clear testimony of a personal saving relationship with Jesus Christ
• Membership in a local Bible-believing church
• Bachelor’s degree; teaching certification preferred
• Experience teaching in a middle school setting
• Ability to teach from a Biblical worldview
• Classroom management skills

We are seeking a full-time School Custodian who can support the daily operations of the school. The School Custodian reports to the Facilities Manager and performs general cleaning and maintenance for the school building and grounds; maintains equipment in functional condition; and provides cleaning and custodial assistance to students, teachers, visitors and others as necessary. Performs related duties and general maintenance work as required.

The ideal candidate possesses the following: 

• A clear testimony of a personal saving relationship with Jesus Christ.
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Previous experience in building and cleaning maintenance.
• Driver's license or ability to provide own transportation.
